SONOMA FROZEN FOOD MANUFACTURER is specializing in ready-made Northern Chinese Dim Sum. Established in Singapore in1995, Sonoma began its first processing of Dim Sum in small scale catering to food stalls and retail stores. After more than 15 years in business, the network of local customers have grown exponentially which called for an upgrading of food processing facilities to cater to a more demanding customers in the F&B industry.

Upholding the highest in food hygiene standard, the process improvement undertaken by our company has earned various certifications for meeting the most stringent production requirements in the food industry. Among them are HACCP & HALAL certifications.

In order to ensure distinctive flavor of each and every product, Sonoma used the finest herbs, spices and natural ingredients which ensures authentic flavor of fine Northern Chinese Dim Sum which is different from Hong Kong Cantonese Dim Sum. Among the products popularly associated to Sonoma are Dumpling, Xiao Long Bao, Gyoza, Meat Pie, Man Tou, Hua Juan and Steamed Bao.
